Therapy services

Support that meets you where you are.

Therapy offers space to understand what you are experiencing, develop practical skills, and move toward change that feels meaningful to you.

Care designed around you

There is no one-size-fits-all path forward.

Every person brings a different history, set of strengths, and reason for beginning therapy. Our work will be shaped around your goals, your pace, and what feels most useful in your everyday life.

Richard works with adolescents age 12 and older, adults, older adults, and couples. Services are provided in English.
